Rates/Policies

All Inclusive Rate: All inclusive weekends are $225.00 plus 6% sales tax
Included in your stay:

    • All meals; dinner Friday and Saturday Night, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, brunch on Sunday
    • Variety of snacks and beverages (alcoholic beverages are not provided but you may bring your own)
    • Lodging and Linens
    • 24 hour access to the crafting room
    • Use of cricuit expression and cartridges (please bring your own mat),  Cuttle Bug & folders, Stamps, Punches, Irons (2), Ironing boards (2), cutting table, Wireless Internet, printer/scanner
    • Small store with merchandise available for purchase

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and checkout is at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. Please inquire if you need an alternate check in/out time I will always try to be as flexible as possible. A $100.00 deposit is due to secure your reservation.  The remaining balance of $125.00 is due within 30 days of your reservation. You may pay cash, check or money order, there is a fee for credit card payments.  There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Extend Your Stay:
Your stay can be extended by adding a night on to your package for an additonal $50.00.  Meal service is not provided on your additional night stay but there are plenty of places in the village and nearby for dining or carryout.  Meal service for the weekend begins after 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
The Inn can be reserved exclusively for your group if interested please inquire on the rate.

“No Frills” Weekend is $125.00 per person plus 6% sales tax.

The Inn can be rented for a “no frills” weekend, which simply means no meal service is provided. The rate for a “no-frills” weekend is $125.00 per person. During a “no frills” stay you will be provided with snacks and beverages but you are not allowed to use the cooking facilities you can bring in your food, order carry out or dine out.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes unforseeable circumstances arise and you may need to cancel your reservation.  In the event this happens you need to cancel your reservation either by phone or via e-mail a minimum of 30 days prior to your reservation for your deposit to be refunded/credited.  If you have to cancel within the 30 days prior to your stay your deposit may not be refunded but you may be able to appy the credit to a future reservation if booked within 6 months of the cancellation.

    Hi,
    My family is excited to see our farmhouse become an Inn. My parents bought the house and 40 acres in the 40’s my mother did all the wallpapering and decorating at that time. We moved in 1963. My father built the barn and my brothers and he ran the farm. The pond was not there at that time. There were 10 of us. So the word has spread quickly among us about your Inn. One of my brothers still lives on Lahring road.. We have a long history in Holly. I will stop by when I’m in town for a visit!!!
    Can’t wait to see my old room!!!

    What a fantastic weekend we had! Thank you for all your attention. We all felt very comfortable. The old saying of “there’s nothing like coming home!” certainly rang true. After 50 years of not living in the home, Shirley and I were thrilled to sleep in our old bedroom. The whole group had a great time scrapbooking and knitting. Not to mention sharing memories of growing up in the farm house and we were especially pleased to see the loving care the home has had not only by you but previous owners as well. The Create A Memory Inn weekend will be a forever memory and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay and also meet you, Debbie. Thanks again!

    Debbie, thank you for a great weekend. My friends were right when they told me how great your cooking was and how comfortable your Inn is. I’m not a scrapper but somehow I had plenty to do while my friends scrapped. I’m looking so forward to my next visit. Thanks again for everything!! (maybe not for the extra lbs I gained from your delicious cooking) :)

    Had a great time at the Inn scrapbooking with my friends. Love the house, the decorations. And Debbie is great!! Thanks for taking care of is even with the no frills weekend. The scrapaddition is perfect!!

    Looking at the photos I only see set up with 12 chairs. Why does it say 14 spaces available on ONLY some of your dates?

      Hi Kathy,
      Sometimes it is hard to pick up all 14 depending on the angle of the camera, but I do have space for 14 tables. Do you have a large group you are looking for a weekend for?
